Welcome to BloemWerks. These Terms and Conditions govern your use of our website located at 370A Alexandra Road, Singapore, and your purchase of bespoke floral arrangements, workshops, and event services. By accessing our site, you agree to be bound by these terms.

2. Product Representation & Substitutions

At BloemWerks, we pride ourselves on the artisanal and seasonal nature of our work. Please note:

• Flowers are natural products; variations in color, size, and bloom stage are to be expected.
• Due to seasonal availability, we reserve the right to substitute specific flowers with others of equal or greater value while maintaining the overall aesthetic and color palette of the arrangement.

3. Delivery Policy

We offer same-day delivery in Singapore for orders placed before 12:00 PM SGT. It is the customer's responsibility to ensure the recipient's address and contact details are accurate. Redelivery attempts due to incorrect information or recipient absence may incur additional charges.

4. Workshop Bookings

Floral workshop placements are confirmed only upon full payment. Cancellations made less than 48 hours before the scheduled workshop are non-refundable, though they may be transferred to another individual for the same session.

5. Intellectual Property

All floral designs, photography, and content on this website are the intellectual property of BloemWerks. Reproduction or use of our designs for commercial purposes without prior written consent is strictly prohibited.
